My name is Hugh Creighton, with Creighton & Associates Inc.  My background consists of Civil Engineering, Project Management and Finance.  In recent years, my primary focus has been commercial and development finance.  I have established direct relationships with public and private sources of financing for commercial property, or new property under development.  Currently our primary source of funding for development and equity requests is private investors, we have a direct relationship with the signing authority for a few private funds.  YES, we have lenders that are still solvent and funding projects!

This has been an unprecidented challenging time for our clients.  I personally have spent the last two years re-establishing my commercial and development loan sources that were lost due to economic conditions. Thankfully, we have successfully established new lender and private fund sources that have survived in these challenging times.  We currently offer commercial loans, development loans, and private equity for a wide variety of property types.
